About Us

We are a capacity development company that specialises in Recruitment, Education Consulting, and Training and Events.

The United Nations Development Group defines Capacity development as “the process whereby people, organisations and society as a whole unleash, strengthen, create, adapt, and maintain capacity over time,” in order to achieve development results.

Three interconnected levels of Capacity are:

• Individual
• Organisational
• Societal

We provide services for each of the above as follows:

1. Individual: University placement and assistance consulting, recruitment, etc
2. Organisational: Capacity development services, Recruitment (healthcare workers, student intern placements, etc), Training Events and Conferences, Learning and Development Consulting.
3. Societal: Our services remediate skills shortages in society by addressing scarce skills and strengthening locals to meet such capacity, as well as help to source or develop those skills from global sources. We also promote trends and products that help to improve capacity, as well as provide vocational training services.

How We Work:

We start by assessing the needs of the individual, organisation or society, or even a product. Then we design a solution that would help the entity achieve its stated or analysed goals. This solution(s) would then be implemented and monitored to determine its effectiveness or success.
